Advertiser Terms & Conditions

These Advertiser Terms & Conditions govern all commercial relationships between JustFUD.com and advertisers, sponsors, and partners who purchase placement or content services on our platform. By purchasing any service from JustFUD, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
JustFUD advertising services are available to legitimate crypto projects, companies, and individuals operating in compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to any advertiser at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Advertisers must be authorized representatives of the project or company they are promoting. By submitting an advertising inquiry, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
Content Standards
We do not accept advertising content that:
- Promotes illegal projects, scams, or rug pulls
- Constitutes or facilitates securities fraud or market manipulation
- Makes materially misleading or false claims about a project, token, or its returns
- Promises guaranteed investment returns
- Promotes unlicensed financial services where a license is required
- Targets vulnerable populations with exploitative messaging
- Violates applicable laws in Canada, the United States, or the European Union
JustFUD reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any sponsored content that we determine violates these standards, at any time, with or without a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy below.
Review Process
All sponsored content is subject to editorial review before publication. Submission of payment does not guarantee publication. We will notify you if your content is rejected and provide a general reason. Our review typically takes 2–3 business days from receipt of all required materials.
JustFUD may request revisions to submitted content to align with our editorial standards and style. Advertisers must provide the necessary information and assets to allow us to write or publish the sponsored content. Delays caused by the advertiser do not extend publication timelines beyond what has been agreed.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. We accept payment via the methods specified on our contact and invoice documentation. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Publication will not be scheduled until payment is confirmed.
For bundle packages, payment for the full bundle is due before any component of the package is published or distributed.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once an article or press release is published on JustFUD.com or once a social distribution campaign has been sent. If we reject your content prior to publication, you will receive a full refund minus any administrative fees.
If you request cancellation before work has begun, you will receive a full refund. If work has begun but publication has not occurred, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.
